We have a technical and R&D team led by three scientists with backgrounds from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, possessing multidisciplinary integration capabilities across optical design, micro-nano manufacturing, materials engineering, precision machining, and electronic engineering. Micro-Nano Structural Optical Components

Equipped with four high-precision lithography machines and a comprehensive micro-nano lithography and etching manufacturing platform, we support the production of various micro-lens arrays (refractive, diffractive, line arrays, cylindrical), DOE diffractive elements, optical gratings, beam splitters, homogenizers, and reticles, precisely defining focal length and array morphology. These components are widely used in laser beam shaping, 3D sensing, AR/VR, spatial light modulation, and imaging calibration applications.
Optical filters

We specialize in custom high-precision thin-film optical filters, offering ultra-narrow bandwidth (as narrow as 0.25 nm), high steepness, multi-bandpass, and multi-spectral composite design capabilities. Customization options include: multi-band pass filters, laser line filters, Raman filters, dichroic mirrors, notch filters, AR protective windows, and more, widely applied in fluorescence imaging, PCR diagnostics, Raman spectroscopy, laser systems, machine vision, and aerospace/astronomical imaging.
Infrared optical components

Possesses precision non-spherical processing and ultra-smooth polishing cold processing capabilities for infrared materials such as ZnSe, Si, Sapphire, CaF₂, BaF₂, Ruby, and chalcogenide glass, supporting large-sized infrared windows, domes, lenses, prisms, and irregularly shaped components with a maximum diameter of 1000 mm. Additionally, we possess specialized processes for AR coatings, spectroscopic coatings, and multi-layer filter coatings tailored for the mid-to-far infrared wavelength range, suitable for thermal imaging, gas detection, environmental monitoring, laser ranging, unmanned systems, security night vision, infrared sensing, laser ranging, and space optical systems.

Micro/Nano Processing
Mastering core technologies such as deep UV lithography and dry etching, enabling high-consistency microstructure array replication on large substrates such as fused quartz, silicon, and float glass.

Cold Processing
Supports ultra-fine grinding, polishing, chamfering, and aspherical processing of hard and brittle materials, with surface profile accuracy better than λ/10 and surface roughness as low as the sub-nanometer level.

Inspection Capabilities
