We are capable of solution from ultraviolet 200nm to infrared 20μm micro nano optics element coating and design. Through years of developing, we have large amount of stard different types of microlens arrays and DOEs in stock. We ultilize different thin film coating technologies for different products, such as magnetron sputtering coating, ion-assisted coating, and vacuum coating. The wavelength range that can be processed ranges from deep ultraviolet 200nm to far infrared 30μm.
We can coat various filter films, spectroscopic films, broadband anti-reflection films, single-point anti-reflection films, etc.
