Thin film Coating:
We possess large-scale vacuum equipment capable of processing large components while ensuring coating uniformity.
Coating Wavelength Bands:
NIR (Near-Infrared): 0.75–3.0 µm, covering applications in laser communication, fiber optic communication, and near-infrared imaging
MWIR (Mid-Wave Infrared): 3–5 µm, corresponding to infrared guidance, gas analysis, medical diagnostics, and infrared thermal imaging
LWIR (Long-Wave Infrared): 8–12 µm, corresponding to thermal imaging, military night vision, and similar scenarios

Coating Types:
Within the EUV-30 micron range, we offer:
Anti-Reflection Coatings: Enhance transmittance and reduce surface reflection on optical components
High-Reflection Coatings: Increase reflectivity on infrared optical component surfaces
Spectral-Splitting Coatings: Primarily for beam splitters, enabling proportional spectral splitting within this range (e.g., 50/50, 70/30)
Cutoff Filters: Primarily infrared long-pass filters and infrared short-pass filters
Protective Coating (protective DLC coating)
Inspection:
Large-aperture interferometer: Surface profile monitoring exceeding 300mm
Spherical interferometer
Aspheric interferometer: Measures surface shape accuracy, radius of curvature, center position, and full-aperture surface profile error of aspheric optical elements
Profile gauge: Precisely measures local contour curves, curvature, steps, and surface profile cross-sections of aspheric lenses and aspheric window plates
Spherometer: Measures spherical radius, center position, and thickness of spherical lenses and infrared domes
Large CMM: Precisely tests the form accuracy and center deviation of spherical lenses and infrared domes
White Light Interferometer: Measures surface roughness, surface defects, and coating uniformity of mirrors, windows, and filters
