Coligh, as a manufacturer of notch filters, specializes in the production and customization of notch filters/bandstop filters.
1. Customizable center wavelengths covering 200–3000 nm, encompassing the ultraviolet, visible, near-infrared, and short-wave infrared regions. Common wavelengths include 532 nm, 633 nm, 785 nm, 830 nm, 1064 nm, and 1550 nm.
2. Customizable stopband ranges from 5–100 nm, with common specifications including 20 nm, 30 nm, 50 nm, and 55 nm.
3. Regarding cutoff depth, we offer customization capabilities from OD2 to OD86 to ensure deep suppression of target laser lines or interfering wavelengths.
4. In the passband region outside the stopband, transmittance can typically reach ≥90%, with high-transmittance versions estimated at ≥95%.
5. Our application environments utilize materials such as fused silica, B270, D263T, sapphire, and optical glass, with thicknesses available in customization from 0.5–5.0 mm.
6. We can produce circular and square notch filters, with standard diameters including φ12.5 mm, φ25.4 mm, and φ50.8 mm. We can also provide standard mounting rings such as M12, M25, and M30.5, or process filters according to customer drawings.
7. For laser applications, we offer high damage threshold versions. Customers need to provide the laser wavelength, power, pulse width, repetition frequency, and spot size for our factory to assess the film’s resilience.
We support the entire process from prototyping to mass production. Small-batch trial production allows for rapid design verification, while standardized processes ensure consistency for bulk orders.
