A visible (vis) bandpass filter is a type of optical filter that selectively allows light in the visible range of the electromagnetic spectrum to pass through while blocking unwanted light outside that range. The visible spectrum includes colors ranging from violet (around 400 nm) to red (around 700 nm).
1. Blue bandpass filters: These filters transmit light with wavelengths in the blue range of the visible spectrum (around 400-500 nanometers) and block light outside of that range.
2. Green bandpass filters: These filters transmit light with wavelengths in the green range of the visible spectrum (around 500-600 nanometers) and block light outside of that range.
3. Red bandpass filters: These filters transmit light with wavelengths in the red range of the visible spectrum (around 600-700 nanometers) and block light outside of that range.
