- Specifically designed for detecting yellow fluorophores HEX and VIC, with an excitation filter center wavelength of 535nm and an emission filter center wavelength of 560nm. This perfectly covers the excitation and emission ranges of HEX and VIC fluorescent dyes, ensuring maximum excitation efficiency and capturing the most emitted light.

- Real-time quantitative PCR: The HEX/VIC filter kit selectively excites fluorescent dyes such as HEX and VIC for fluorescence detection, monitoring DNA amplification during the PCR reaction and providing real-time, accurate DNA quantification data.
- Multiplex qPCR: During qPCR, filters such as FAM, HEX/VIC, and Cy5 are cyclically switched to acquire signals from each channel. The HEX/VIC fluorescence filter kit can be used as part of fluorescence detection to construct triple or quadruple detection methods.
