Silicon optical window plates are optical windows made from single-crystal silicon. Due to their high transmittance in the mid-infrared range, high transmittance efficiency, and resistance to high temperatures and impacts, silicon window plates are commonly used in various infrared optical systems. Coligh is a Chinese manufacturer of silicon window plates. We currently offer both coated and uncoated silicon windows. We can process silicon window plates up to 150mm in diameter, and we maintain a large inventory of pre-fabricated silicon window plates with anti-reflective coatings or left uncoated.
