Halcon Glass and Ceramic Calibration Targets Boards Applications

  • 3D Structured Light Scanning:
The accuracy of 3D scanning is determined by the precision of camera calibration and the flatness of the calibration plate. Even minute bends and deformations can cause errors in depth measurement. A ceramic calibration plate placed in the scanning space can utilize Halcon’s 3D vision calibration tools, combined with a 3D model of the calibration plate, to calculate the parameters and spatial relationships of the camera and scanner, obtaining reliable data and enabling quality control.
  • Multi-Camera Vision Measurement System
When multiple cameras capture images of a large object from different angles, all camera coordinates need to be unified to a global coordinate system. A large glass calibration plate ensures that each camera can clearly see the calibration plate. Furthermore, Halcon’s hand-eye calibration and multi-camera calibration enable precise measurement of large objects.
  • Microscopic Imaging Analysis
When performing cell analysis, images from multiple high-power objectives need to be stitched together. Imaging the calibration plate separately under different objectives allows for repeatable and comparable quantitative data such as cell nucleus size and tissue area.
